Cris has been using CML Distribution’s FTX Blaze, Tekin ESC’s and Gecko foams throughout the series and has never finished below 2nd place in either qualifying or the A-finals. Cris would like to thank Wes and JV at CML, Jim at Tekin and Richard from Gecko for their continued support and is already looking forwards to the 2008-09 Micro Nationals Series that starts in September!

14 May 2007As the newly appointed Press Release Officer, I am pleased to announce that the people behind the UK Micro Challenge have now formed a fully BRCA affiliated micro section. This is a huge step forward for micro scale racing and with the backing of the BRCA we look forward to a very exciting future for the sport. The BRCA were very impressed with the organisation of the past three Micro Challenge events and were more than happy to offer the organisers a section under the control of a committed and experienced committee. The BRCA Micro Section committee members are:- Cris Oxley - Chaiman We are all very pleased with the result of the meeting with the BRCA and would like to thank Jim Spencer and Russ Giles for their help in realising our dreams and for all their future help and support. What does this mean for you the racers? well there is already a BRCA Micro National Series planned for this winter, comprising of 6 rounds across the country, with a very similar style to the past events.
